The person that took this picture should have snap the upper part of the fence...cos there might be opening at the top and the boy might've fallen in between...a closer look at that fence show that it was built very close to a building or another fence...that boy still some explanation to do...till then we should not start saying ritual this ritual that...

Even at that, what size of block will accommodate such person. I saw 9" block, this is impossible.

Human can not be placed inside a mould block and not suffocated instantly pls I dont buy this news or provide a recorded video of when the block were be pulled down and the boy was taken out in between the moulded block.
