In any state in the USA, when there is an emergency and you hear an ambulance coming, you move your car to the side of the road and STOP for the ambulance to pass...a life must be saved.

When you are pulling out of a car park or driving, pedestrians have the right of way and it's you that is driving that must stop for them to pass... their lives are more important than wherever it is you are going to.

If you have an accident or fall sick and you are rushed to the emergency unit if any hospital, it is your right to be treated wether you have money to pay or not.they will never turn you away....a life must be saved.
