Using APC logic. Change has come to America. Donald Trumps body language is working. A new sheriff is in town. The devil has been chased out of the White House. |

as a forex trader the issue here is not about trump doing anything the truth is the problem has being pushed forward from 1928 when there was the great depression each successive govt had rolled out policies prolonging the dooms day these 've played out through the 70s where president Nixon removed the gold backing from the dollar so as to give room to print more dollars this is like having acid of high concentration and then pouring in water every time to increase the quantity whereby decreasing its concentration now the Japanese crash came in the 80s and the further global meltdown of 2008 And again policies were created to push it forward now a radical is on the stage a man the market understands they know he knows thier tricks no one is certain what he will do remember the market moves based on greed and fear there is great fear And when these happens the market goes to carry trades or in lame terms US bonds the dollar will get stronger until they can tell he won't pull the plug |

Drienzia:It's not going to work because they wouldn't be effective. Businesses are supposed to be profit driven and most times government can't do what it has to do to generate massive profits like a private company. If they decide to citizens will complain. Imagine government running company like DSTV, they will want to reduce cost like making premium 5k to please her citizens. But do you think they will be able to render sustainable quality service and pay all its workers with that and also make enough money infrastructural development in the country? A government owned dangote cannot get to where it is now with civil servants running it because whether they make profits or not they must be paid salaries as civil servants. Tell me which country does this. |

Drienzia:Nigeria currently has NNPC, NTA, airports, sea ports, etc and they are all struggling. Now you want to start comparing with countries that are very stable? Government should do the simple things first and when we have stability then you can think of running businesses. |
| Re: Why A Strengthening Dollar Is Bad For The World Economy by Drienzia: 8:31am On Dec 11, 2016 |
eph12:bro.. That's the reason I said we need to re structure things... Moreover, that NTA ..isn't more of a business to me...its like a free station... Our Airports are trying.. Seaport in Lagos is doing well... NNPC(hmmm) bro if u spend all ur money repairing an old vehicle, u mightn't buy a new again. Think .. |
