Try citric acid! But, I guess Zobo has a very high content of ascorbic acid.

On a 2nd thought, just corking it or removal of air will do the work.

for creating the sodium benzoate solution

use 1:8 ounce formular 1 part sodium benzoate to 8 part water.

for adding the 0.1 sodium benzoate in the zobo mixture

Use 1:128 ounce formular. 1 part soduim benzoate solution to 128 ounce of zobo
