I don't know for sure if he survived the incident but the person who I quoted was referring to the fact that the programme actually continued somewhere else on that day.

If the Church CEO died in the incident then other executive directors should step up. Or is the Governor of the state one of the Church directors?

I still believe the proper setup for a "Church" according to the Spirit-lead interpretation is the gathering of two or three persons or families in the home of one of them to praise God and encourage one another with Scripture verses for about a hour and go out to evangelise to people on the streets, hospital, prisons, hotels, orphanage, elderly people homes, markets and such places with gifts(offering/tithes) for the people they evangelise to. Not to turn a mountain and valley to places where God can only be found and to worship selfish "Master" called Papa/Mama/Prophet/GO/Bishop/SnrPastor.

In the last days the righteous shall be saved by his/her faith so says the scripture. I know most lazy Christians that can't read their Bible nor have humility to let the Spirit in dwell them to bring these things to their understanding will be crucifying and condemning me for saying these things. But I don't really give a "f" about you guys, my job is to say these things and let the Spirit take control "he/she who has hears will hear and he/she that doesn't have hears for it will not hear" its not a curses it's a fact.

May this recent tragedy sink the lesson into the hearts and minds of those the Lord wants to save from these modern day men that will go a thousand miles to convert a man and make him a million times a candidate of hell, men that clean the outside of a cup and the inside is full of rottenness. Turning the name of God to den of thieves, an avenue to steal from the poor and needy to enrich themselves.

Cutting corners in Nigeria is a common thing and see what it lead us.

I learnt the ordination still went on in another church even after the deadly mishap. If true, the entire church, it priest or pastor that was ordained, the senior priest or pastor that did the ordination, the church members present for the ordination should all be flogged mercilessly.

you can imagine this man.. so he hasn't called for the arrest of the pastor,will a contractor do what you didn't ask him to?

BTW if that contractor is still in the state after hearing the news,then he's not sharp at all.

There is more to this case than just poor contractors work..

This has nothing to do with the spiritual realm... Remember it was a building under construction... the following factors can contribute to the collapse of the building

1. Crowd
2. Vibration from acoustic instruments (Since it was under construction)
3. Substandard Building Material
4. Non Involvement of a structural engineer
5. Topography of the soil

Nothing happened to the church leader n his family..

Read he's in hospital too, leg amputated. Saw the photo last night. But lets hear what the contractor had to say. They watch word should always be work safe otherwise don't. So much innocent lives wasted because of rushing the job to meet up with date. Let it serve as a lesson to others. Heard they rushed it to meet up with the date.

Apostle Akan weeks survive though in the hospital receiving treatment and secondly the ordination did not hold at any other venue as the bishopric ordination was not done before the tragic event took place

The contractor been arrested is okay, but him been used as an escape goat shouldn't be the reason he is to be arrested, I passed through that church and other places is AKS and it is a trend in AKS to build dome roofed churches.
Some of this churches do no have the financial capacity to undertake such job but "me too I get am" mentality will push them into anything.
If proper procedures were adopted in the procurement process,then the contractor responsibility in the unfortunate events is just minor, from pics making rounds, there are no supporting beams, a gross failure of design.
If you have Evered worked for a church you will know how much they box you to a corner to do their bidding!
First arrests should be the church council and all residents pastors, then the designer before the contractor may be considered for arrest.

The pastor/ceo should be arrested.

What if the contractor told them not to use it?? Mr. pastor that wanted to be a bishop knor?

That of false prophet T.B. Joshua's church that they arrested the other time, what came out of it? Nigeria is a land of corruption and injustice where all criminal cases are swept under the carpet.
