From the little I could make from the story shared by Rariya in Hausa(our Hausa readers should please explain more),a cow with two heads was found in the town of Guru.The cow is already dead.Below is the Hausa narration of the story....

An yanka wata saniya a kwatar garin Guru, inda a yayin da ake fede ta aka samu dan cikinta da kai biyu. Amma dan cikin nata ya mutu.

Translation: This cow was slaughtered in guru town and a two headed calf (Baby Cow) was found in the womb of the cow. But the baby cow has died. Cigaba.....

Nothing like Amazing here. The cow was killed before she deliver and a baby was found in the stomach. Probably she will deliver twins if the baby was allowed to mature up to delivery. The baby is what you see in the pictures not the cow. So op correct your title.
