good day everyone.. Please my friend needs help. Early this year he had sex for the first time and noticed he couldn't perform and he was persuaded to visit a local orthodox medicine man who tested him with a machine and said its staph but was given some medications which even after that he still can't perform.. Please I have seen a lot of adverts here and am looking for a genuine orthodox drug he can take bcus I gathered that orthodox medication is the best to such conditions

Sex for the first time and could not perform? You should give us more details and I do not think the problem is Staph.
Staph is not a usual cause of sexual dysfunctions.

Biko, send the guy to UNTH for a blood test, swab test, then diagnosis and treatment.. If na staph a few iv course of Antibiotics will sort him out..

Most likely not staph.
for first timers and pseudo-virgins or guys who have low set esteem premature ejaculation is a normal thing. It is more phycological than physical. Some men experience this I their first round even after so many years. But become like wild fire on the second round. Find a woman who loves him. Let her help him to build confidence then probably if am right all would be well. And mind the way he watches blue films cos when you watch these stuff you begin to Imagine what sex should be like forgetting that most of this people cut and play when doing their act hence you feel like they did it for 2 hours.
