I have been raising my leg with the support of 2 pillows (sounds crazy but e don reach lyk dt). I massage with hot water in d mornin n evenings b4 bathing. I have also reduced salt intake too just incase.
My neighbor asked me to apply Ori, will try that and see how it goes....but so far, its getting better than it looked last week.

Enque am also experiencing the same thing.pls wat did u do.it happened wit my first child but I raised my leg and used pri on it and it left d following day but dis one since thursday when dey discharged me.

On admission
The doctor says I'm having preterm contraction so they have to keep me here for a while or over night if need be
She also ordered for some tests to be done.

So I de here de chill with my phone, ice water and chocolate biscuit waiting for dh to bring me southern fried chicken and chips. Hehehehe

Enque diclofenac I know is safe cos I took it for pain when I delivered, diazepam I have not taken but as a sleep inducer I will stay on the side of caution and not use it.

Present team captain @ itissettled3 and amen to the prayers. Waddling is ok just that I feel tired most of the time but still manage to do most of the house chores myself. Appetite has decreased compared to second trimester but I still force myself to eat no matter how small. For kpekusing, my libido is on the high side and the ministry is moving. Lo is kicking so hard and more frequently these days but my doctor said everything is ok. in all, I thank God for thus far he has lead us and trust him to see us through to the end.

My EDD mate @ omoloulah I sight you. Just keep being positive and take it one day at a time. We will not be pregnant forever. February is around the corner if you ask me. The Lord is your strength dearie.

Other Feb mamas and every other mama I hail o. May God make it easy for us all.
congrats Queen1 on the birth of your lo. May God bless and keep him.

Make I de update una de go

I'm going to be here all night.
Drip has been administered.
Scan has been conducted and EDD has changed to January 8th cc sixx. Anty beyedew sorry o. Ya munchkin want come early. Lol
Apparently I'm measuring 1week and 6days ahead
From the scan all is well, cervix is closed and lo is still doing acrobatics
But while I was here, I had another contraction. But so far so good, all is going well

Will update as time goes on

@amjane, my dear thanks jare. was at d Dr's today for my regular checkup n d man sef no get solution to dis my hunger strike. he jus advised that I eat or drink anything I crave except alcohol. lolz!!! I say malt nko, he say make i go buy d carton if I like. na so I enter supermarket drag a carton of malt go house o. my husband don laff tire. him say if person see as I dey ginger dey buy d malt now dem go think say i go drink am o. I even bought yoghourt sef, as I no know wetin i want jare. it is well. all mamas I hail una o. how d ministry dey go? it is well with us all in Jesus name.

@jazzyjazz, abeg rest jare and enjoy yoursef biko, you need am. I am sure its all those extra housework that brought this on. Don't worry, lo will bake well before coming out.

@december mamas, how the ministry dey go. MEn i go look for wahala yesterday. I woke with serious cramp in my right leg, nah ehn i sendm yself message go do some mall shopping and site seeing. if to sey you see the way i dey waka ehn, you go laugh me and pity me, to lift leg nah war. i was at the malls from 9am to 3.30 pm.. my body dey pain me all over.. if you see the extremely hot water I use bathe when I reach house, you go shout ye! lol...

Lo still active and moving, just praying he comes this week.. i no fit wait for 30th again.. body no bi leather...

So last night I no sleep. Hmmmm

Contractions struck twice
Then menstrual like pain dealt with me
And then I was purging like there's no tomorrow
Lo was just doing acrobatics as if he was enjoying the whole show
Dh was like, bae let's go to the hospital and I'm like you that have a case in court by 7am

Thankfully, the contractions have stopped, the pain has subsided and lo is still doing acrobatics.

Will try to get to the hospital when my leg is stronger because I weak from lack of sleep

Cant wait to read your birth alert ooo...Thank you Jesus

jazzyjazz let me hear wat ur doc will say first, bt av been having similar complain sha, for two days nw my belly button and it surrounding has been so painful in fact I couldn't sleep last nite, my mom suggested I put towel in chilled water and place on d site, and it relieved me for a while. lo activity aggravates d pain especially while lying on my side. my bowels had been loose for some time nw, nt purging sha and I sometimes av dis feeling I get wen my period is approaching, tomorrow is ANC sha, will complain to my doc too.
