The illustration is not correct, jungle justice in Nigeria was not considered. Nigerians could have burnt the woman and her child to death if not for the police.

This comparison is B.S and one sided. I am sure there are instances in Nigeria in which police had helped people. In the States shoplifters get charged with theft most of the time.

Nigerian police, maybe 5% of them are super good. Precisely, 30year ago 26th of this month. I was in labour at about 1.30am and i left my house to ojuelegba road with my brother waiting for taxi, so confused and in pain. Not too long a police patrol van just stopped to ask why we were there at that hour of the day, (ojuelegba was very notorious then) i told him i was in labour and he asked for my bag i said it was at home and knowing we where at the junction of my street, he said we shouid go and carry it, but i said No, i was confused. Where is the hospital he asked, i said ikeja. At this point, a No rank police officer got angry and said their duty was to patrol to look for criminals, but the oga who was inspector then said to him, she is part of our responsibility while on patrol and so they took me and my brother to the hospital. He attended my daughter's one year birthday. Inspector Sam is the reason why atimes, i say, by your grace God, please protect the police becos of inspector Sam. Inspector Sam, i still appreciate you, anywhere you are, may God in His infinite mercies continually protect you and yours.
