fly bullets probably fired by them during celebration and you are saying something else, are you related to buhari?

Rivers though...i tire. But come, we seriously need interpreters on some nairaland posts. E.g they can tell us what exactly Fly Bullet means. Is it flies weaponised as flies or bullets with aerodynamic abilities? Because i am not understanding one bit.
