Hello everyone, I want to go into the production of plantain chips but I can't seem to get it right with the sweet variety. I understand it's made with ripe plantains but mine doesn't come out crunchy. What am I doing wrong?

Ripe plantain won't come out crunchy........it's d unripe plantain that comes out crunchy.....
U just need to add d rite amount of sugar, salt, pepper nd onions.

Thanks but i've actually seen the ingredient list of some sweet plantain chips and "ripe" plantain is included
