Now a serious President who's genuinely interested in fighting corruption would have fired this Babachir and have him prosecuted/persecuted the way PMB had done to others. But not in this instance because Babachir is the President's man. Now how do I believe the anti-corruption war is serious with such cover up right under the President's nose? 4 Likes |

Wbo says Buhari is fighting corruption ? How can he when he himself has skeletons in his cupboard. How many corrupt cases have been disposed of so far ? Why the secrecy surrounding amounts recovered from looters ? Buhari is a phoney. Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippins took over about a year after Buhari but he has achieved about 65% of his campaign promise of sanitising the country from the scourge of drugs. 1 Like |

Pls Buhari listen to the senate and remove him asap! It offers the president an orppotunity to balance his appointments...by giving that seat to the south easth/south south as he earlier promised. Dr ogbonnaya onu or dr chris ngige would do. |

If SGF is been found guilty of the corruption charge, he should just honorably resign from his post. Pmb fighting corruption to standstill still embracing corruption among his staff. This is bad. Both saraki and his cabals are corrupt. Especially that useless saraki. If not the constitution we are running in Nigeria. Saraki suppose to have been jail by now. sirequity:This is the problem with Nigeria youths here on Nairaland. Somebody in the government by all indications has committed a financial crime and the lawmakers are here calling for his removal. Instead of everyone to raise voice to ensure that such person is removed and prosecute unfortunately, some of us are busy insulting the Senators. How can we move forward? And that's is the issue I am personally having with this government of change who promised to fight corruption. Whenever there's allegations of corruption against anybody in the presidency, the matter won't be investigated, everything will just be swept under the carpet. It's wrong and that's why many Nigerians keep questioning the government's political will to really fight corruption. |
