One of the numerous reasons the league has not improved. When you hire a man to stand as the manager of a football team, you should also give him a free hand to do his job. Selecting players for him is a sign of unprofessionalism.

The players are complaining of not getting proper trainings in fitness which you agreed is the key.
when eventually it initiated your sack you started to blame the ifeanyi Ubah. You said you left bc you ain't pained, how come you are wailing on the media space?
So many glitches here and there. I can authoritatively say the man has not said the whole truth.

Kenichi is a big liar and an incompetent coach. He just came in and wanted to destroy what the club worked so hard to build. Relegating our best players to the fringes and bringing in his mercenaries and now coming to claim they are not fit. The same players that he claims were not match fit were the same players that salvaged a point for us in the competition, outplaying Nigerian Premier League Champions Rangers Utd in the final match handled by Preko. As a fan of FC Ifeanyi Ubah, I am so delighted to see him leave. Good riddance to utterly bad rubbish.

Useless Kungfu instructor that came to destroy our darling Club...

Thank God we did not use you to prosecute the FA Cup. Imagine the FA Champions looking like a division 2 side while playing the Super 4.

Thank God that management sacked him ...

No time to waste Rubbish.

Go back to Japan and learn how to be a coach ..

FC Ifeanyi Ubah is worse than Ghana's Hearts of Oak- By sacked Japanese Coach

Ex-Hearts coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has launched a sensational attack on Ifeanyi Ubah, labeling the Nigerian side worse than his former club.

The 46-year-old left his post after just one month in charge over disagreement with the club's top hierarchy. The Japanese trainer accused the management of interfering with player selection and felt he was being undermined.

And the American trained tactician has lashed out at the club for the turn of event.

According to him: "When I joined the club there were massive interferences by the management with regards to player selections which brought about disagreements at meetings and I was almost hit by one of the people around who claimed to be a former player
of Parma," Kenichi said.

"I still chose to resist some directives like training twice a day because we only had two weeks to prepare and it resulted into different issues. The players would've broken down if I had complied.

"Salaries were cut off, promises made to me and the team were never delivered. Also there were lies through the local media and few of the fans that I'm very bad and rude because I objected their autocratic ways. Chukwuma D. Ubah, chairman of the club verbally asked me to leave after our second match in the 2016 NPFL Super 4 tournament, and I agreed to leave. He thought I would resist and probably beg to stay but that is not me. Honestly, these people are worse than Hearts of Oak.

"According to Chukwuma, my contract had not started yet because it was stipulated that it will begin when the league kicks off and my future will then be decided on the performance of the club. I did not utter anything to him, but even with this, they refused to buy me a ticket back to Japan until I threatened to send them to Fifa for damages," he added.

"It was reported by some media outlets that the players complained that my training style was too physical and my tactics were poor but that wasn't the issue. Rather, that was what the management wanted the supporters to believe and gave such news to some people. In fact, the key players who were with the club last season told me that they believe they will stand a better chance to win the league and Confederation Cup since fitness is very key. I encountered same at Hearts but after five matches, we were at the top of the log and the same people started praising me." He lamented.

FC Ifeanyi Ubah has since announced his assistant Ghanaian Yaw Preko as the interim manager of the team pending the time that new manager will be appointed.

It seems Kenichi's arrival to Nigeria is to rubbish already made structures and compositions. Why lambast at organisations helping to up your game and also make your coaching career taste some relevance.

Its so absurd that people take his weird opinions serious since he has swing to media blackmail to criticise his previous employers even when he did a very bad job.

I just wish he can shut his mouth and try build his already dead coaching career.

And you believe the rantings of that failed coach?
FC Ifeanyi Ubah is a privately run club and one person funds all its activities. When you come into a club and decide to dump all its old players who won them a trophy in an attempt to flood the team with mercenaries from Ghana and elsewhere, we as fans would not take it and the Management would not too. Kenichi is a failure...he should accept it. Trying to justify it with all sorts of nonsense is just plain stupid.

Some amplify their erring self by trying to pull down people that once accommodated their flaws and uselessly observed input in a short while. Kenichi is just one junk from God knows where trying to cause ramble in a rising club like that of FC Ifeanyi Ubah

Good his ambition was cut short by the foresight of the Management. Why tumble a team in disarray less than 1 month you are made the manager. You did not even win your first two games and you still see your self as a top notch coach. Hommie should just jump to hell

The worst Football Coach I have ever seen in the world. How did anyone recruited Kenichi as a coach?

He would have sent FC Ifeanyi Ubah to bottom had it been that they did not sack him. the idiot relegated best players of the club, out of incompetence and unprofessional tactics. Turning players against themselves, now you are out here spreading lies. Please keep your mouth shut.

Kenichi is a lair. he relegated our best players while trying to force his own players down the throat of the managment of the club. He turned the players against themselves. Thank God he's gone. He should take his badluck to his country

I wrote something about this man called ifeanyi uba, he is too ambitious. he is still owing kingsley obiekwu his former coach a lot of money and he is acting like a philanthropist. he should settle his debt because by the time law of karma comes, he may not realize.
Re: "FC Ifeanyi Ubah Is Worse Than Ghana's Hearts Of Oak" - Sacked Japanese Coach by udogugerald: 10:09am On Dec 16, 2016
So because he is the coach, the Management does not have the right to caution him when he is going astray. Was he not allowed to use his style and players? When you go against Management in that manner, you have to absolutely be sure that you get it right and that you have the backing of the fans. The fans wanted him out...he knew and then capitalised on that to run away. Now he is here talking thrash.

TVTKOKO:
we can't develop with this kind of mentality na.. He is d coach so why not let him do his job? Smh!

Kenichi is a failure, massive disgrace to football, instead of burying his face in shame he is here making stupidity of himself. Imagine a coach that keep 80% of the Federation Cup winning team off the team, a coach that was more interested in weightlifting than normal light drills, imagine a man that walks out a the club chairman that neigotiated his contract. He must be a joke to grant this junk interview. A clear example of his abject failure and cancerous cell was a show at Fc Ifeanyi Ubah's last game against Rangers at the just concluded Super Four, the first two games made mockery of Anambra Warriors until the cancer was cut off normalcy returned to the stead of champions.

Failures always look for excuses.

The world would have been a better place if those incompetent bunch given a chance to prove themselves to close the door with a lump of incompetence

Kenichi that was given a chance to prove himself after several tries to force himself down FCIU's throat.

Reason people don't help strangers.
Wish many had the heart of Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah

Anyway we thank the mgt of FCiU for throwing you of the success we are building you don't fit here.

Always quick to castigate yourselves. Is there any normal buisness man that seeks to destroy his own buisness. The man was sacked for incompetence and destroying a team Everton was able to use win FA cup shud he be left there to continue the destruction?

1st you need to ask Japanese kunfussionist...
Did the management interfere in his 1st match where he dropped our no 1 goalkeeper Ezenwa and our captain and 2 best defenders Captain Adaleye and Stephen Eze .

He also in same match left our best midfielders in Nnewi not to talk of inviting them to Enugu Tamen Medrano, kojo bah and wasiu jimoh.
In that match our only defender Akakem was red carded and he found it funny not to even replace him with any of these 2 defenders seating on the bench.

The management were looking at him like mumu and got equalizer and they won with a last minute goal.
We allowed him to be.

On the 2nd match he repeated same and got 2 -0
And if it's your team you leave it like that to be enjoying his liberty and professionalism ?

Our management called him for a meeting held walked out of the meeting in the presence of his assistant and
Our fans club called him for parley and he ran away. What do you expect next.

Soja go soja come barrack remains.... we are warriors and ndi mmeri.
