Coach Kinichi from day one lacked the basic skills of football coaching. It was glaring in the just concluded #NPFLSuper4. A coach that lacks team playing skills will sink any club entrusted to him.

The sack of Coach Kinichi is the best decision made by @FCIfeanyiUbah

If i may ask why did heart oak sack him? Its obvious football coaching isnt his thing. Let him venture in to other things like fishery or painting may be he will thrive

Japan and Nigeria is a mismatch. We don't have their process led work ethic. The club should get a coach from Bulgaria. They can wheel and deal like us.

Another three season club loading.

What is your conclusion based on? On the account of a Japanese? It's a shame. No Japaneses will talk bad of another in such a hateful and ignorant manner.

A Man who join the club and brought in racist against the management of the club.

He insulted the management for being blacks. He lacks whatever it takes to work with any club. That's same reason why was sacked from his former club in Ghana

FC Ifeanyi Ubah is worst than Ghana's Hearts of Oak, I was almost hit by one of the players- Sacked Japanese Coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi

FC Ifeanyi Ubah is worse than Ghana's Hearts of Oak- By sacked Japanese Coach

Ex-Hearts coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has launched a sensational attack on Ifeanyi Ubah, labeling the Nigerian side worse than his former club.

The 46-year-old left his post after just one month in charge over disagreement with the club's top hierarchy. The Japanese trainer accused the management of interfering with player selection and felt he was being undermined.

And the American trained tactician has lashed out at the club for the turn of event.

According to him: "When I joined the club there were massive interferences by the management with regards to player selections which brought about disagreements at meetings and I was almost hit by one of the people around who claimed to be a former player
of Parma," Kenichi said.

"I still chose to resist some directives like training twice a day because we only had two weeks to prepare and it resulted into different issues. The players would've broken down if I had complied.

"Salaries were cut off, promises made to me and the team were never delivered. Also there were lies through the local media and few of the fans that I'm very bad and rude because I objected their autocratic ways. Chukwuma D. Ubah, chairman of the club verbally asked me to leave after our second match in the 2016 NPFL Super 4 tournament, and I agreed to leave. He thought I would resist and probably beg to stay but that is not me. Honestly, these people are worse than Hearts of Oak.

"According to Chukwuma, my contract had not started yet because it was stipulated that it will begin when the league kicks off and my future will then be decided on the performance of the club. I did not utter anything to him, but even with this, they refused to buy me a ticket back to Japan until I threatened to send them to Fifa for damages," he added.

"It was reported by some media outlets that the players complained that my training style was too physical and my tactics were poor but that wasn't the issue. Rather, that was what the management wanted the supporters to believe and gave such news to some people. In fact, the key players who were with the club last season told me that they believe they will stand a better chance to win the league and Confederation Cup since fitness is very key. I encountered same at Hearts but after five matches, we were at the top of the log and the same people started praising me." He lamented.

FC Ifeanyi Ubah has since announced his assistant Ghanaian Yaw Preko as the interim manager of the team pending the time that new manager will be appointed.

Na wa oooooh!!!!

This Kenichi guy is unserious. Wasn't delivering for the team and was let go and he is crying foul.

FC Ifeanyi Ubah is the biggest team in Africa. Expectations are high, any manager that can't meet up to the standards of the team should not stay. Kenichi tried to destroy what he could not build. Still and will always support the decision to let him go.

1. [b]Using Ifeanyi Ubah as a case study, Coach you no lie, he is a typical character of employers we have in Nigeria angry

2. Nigerian employers with respect to few does not respect our professionalism. I mean they want to think and talk for you as if you are a dummy. Then why not do it yourself huh Why employ a professional huh

3. They employed you instead of adding value they add unnecessary frustration and still expect a wonderful result. Only those who knows their onions stood their grounds wink

4. They think your life depends on them. As if you have no future after leaving them. They did not beg you to take the appointment so why should you beg to quit huh
When one door closes...

5. If you tell them you are leaving, wahala, if you no tell them wahala. Simply do what comes to mind.

Finally there is suppose to be an effective Nigerian organization looking into this but where are they for how long will this continue?
The CHANGE began with the coach at least he spoke out. Me too don join my own.

It's sad to see how low your IQ is that you believe anything you hear even without attempting to balance it. Mr Kenichi is not a Nigerian to start with and your stupid brain doesn't tell you that he cannot say anything good about your own country?

How many Nigerians get respect in Japan? How many Nigerian coaches work in Japan? Yet here you are displaying your foolishness for the world to see.

In reaction to your demented write up, I have these to say:

1. Your perception of employers is very poor and coupled with your reckless rants, you come across like a very unintelligent person with no value whatsoever so how can you command respect

2. No offense but you sounded like a big dummy. You just heard from one person and didn't even wait to hear from the club before jumping up and down like an idiot. I will be alarmed if someone actually employs you.

3. Wow. So your employer has to add value to you? What do you now add to the employer? Liability and stress abi? This guy is a psycho

4. With your stupid state of mind, nobody will hire you even if you bribed them and begged to work for free. You are just too moronic

5. Just shut up already.

Why are you guys like this?
You only heard the coach's side of the story and some of you have already jumped into conclusion.
What I grabbed from the coach himself, he said that Hearts of Oaks topped the league after 5 games. So, what happened after 5 games? Did Hearts of Oaks later win the league? Why did he leave hearts of Oaks if his philosophy later started working? These are the pertinent questions we need to ask before axing our own. lets not swallow everything hook, line and sinker.
yes the clubs management may have interfered but I think the Coach is not as good as he thinks he is afterall.
My humble opinion.

That's the problem with you Biafrats; you're all ALWAYS stewpidly deluded. What informed your opinion that ifeanyi ubah is the biggest club in Africa? And, as with every other opinions of you biafrats on issues, the worst part of it is that you will actually defend all these your unintelligent delusions with all seriousness, & not that you're just trying to patronize the club as normal club fans all over the world do. Failure? For a man that is barely one month on the job? He has not even played a competitive NPL match and you are calling him a failure

Things are never done professionally in Nigerian set up, that's why we don't progress.

I was privileged to be in the locker room during one of Super Eagles' home games, and it was like a marketplace. High school locker rooms, here in the United States, are more organized. Shame on Nigeria!

It seems that Nigerians don't know the art of management. They are either micro managers or authoritarians who act like secondary school principals and task masters.
