Good pm, sirs and mas on this forum pls i need the help a medical practitioner on this problem. I have a male sibling who is 13years of age, ever since he had been given birth to he has not walk nor talk. Initially when he was born,and he was of age to walk and talk we thought it was spiritual though, some of us still think that it is spiritual but i want to view it from another angel, i mean from a medical point of view. His leg is not lean or thin, all our(parents, family members) effort to correct the situation proved abortive. All other part of his body function perfectly well, pls lalastical help give it maximum audience. Thanks
