I'm sure they have in Small quantity plus the outlets they are selling will be bombarded by resellers and before u know they will tell u its sold out,its either u bribe before they sell half bag to u cos the resellers ate willing to buy from them @13k and they are willing to sell all to the resellers rather than end users
in other words resellers are taking them to the markets to sell @15k
