Nigeria is a country where not a single sector functions. Why should the military be any different?There is little education in the north and most would rather join th military or farm. If there was good education, many of them wou never se the military as a last option. Maybe that's why when they get to the top, they embezzle funds. I am very sure the training these men undergo is not as good as a standard military training because our leaders would rather enrich themselves. Even Nigerian airways was a disaster. Again I say why should the military be any different.

Every sector in Nigeria is flawed.
