The op though i dislike him is right about chidioka contesting. I am a pdp zonal leader in anambra and one of the tasks assigned to us is to bring all aggrieved parties together. We have met with important pdp members in anambra state and they have resolved to unite in ensuring pdp victory. Osita Chidoka will become the pdp flagbearer for the anambra governorship election. How does osita intend on winning. Idemili North and South having the highest voting population will massively vote for osita since he hails from obosi in idemili north. Old aguata comprising of aguata orumba north and south will vote for osita since senator andy uba hails from the area. Prince arthur eze will deliver dunukofia to pdp. Emeka ofor will deliver Ekwusigo. Nnewi people dislike governor obiano. they will vote for pdp. . ihiala is pdp stronghold. Princess stella oduah controls ogbaru. Peter obi controls anaocha . The reason why osita will win is that governor obiano has perfected his plans to defect to the apc after winning reelection.

But I would have loved him to come up in next election, Ike Obosi is rooting well in Obosi. But he can't beat it now . Very young guy43-44 years.

I Like Osita Chidoka(what a gentleman) but with events in Anambra state, i doubt if he will win. He is from Anambra central,the zone that governed the state from 2003-2014(Ngige & Obi) so i doubt if other zones will fall for it.

i agree with u on zoning but our politicans use such sentiments/emotion to appeal to the masses.

Well, since the op is slow, let me help him. By the middle of next year, expect the 3 factions of Anambra PDP, namely : Oguebego, Emeakaiyi and Nweke to resume their court actions on who the authentic faction is and to conduct their seperate primaries to choose their party flagbearer, all armed with different High court orders from Awka to PH to Abuja and Kafanchan. INEC as usual will select any court order that recognises the weakest of the candidates in the estimation of the APC until the supreme court gives the final order just one week to the election. This will be in addition to the fact that PDP won't be the usual compliments of the police, army and other federal apparatus that they have always relied upon to rig elections in anambra state. APC is already an outcast not just in anambra but the entire Igboland. So everything is looking good for Obiano and APGA. By 2019, it would be a miracle if PDP wins a single national assembly seat in anambra as APGA will have its own presidential candidate.

We met Chris,Andy and Ugochukwu and they all agreed to support a candidate that will be acceptable by every anambra person. With the recent revelation of Obiano's plan to defect to apc after his reelection, we have resolved to protect anambra, umuigbo from external forces. All of you doubting thomas will be shocked at how united pdp anambra will be in 2017
