You can make 60%, you repledge when your first pending donation gets to like 40%-50%.
You get paired immediately you request for help. No delay!!! as soon as you get to 100%, request for help and you will be matched to those that will pay you.

I PH 100k on the 13th of Dec. Last week Tuesday to be precise... Same day the panic story of MMM account frozen came up but I still went ahead and pay in 100k into someone account who needed help.
