so he was convicted and charged for money laundering case and he spent 13yrs in prison... got released and some of our youths are singing his praises. what is going on in Nigeria self... I don't understand anymore, are the youths of this country going out of their minds... a corrupt person was released from jail and ure singing his praises. instead of us to look and advocate for ways so that others like him will also go to jail and suffer for the ways they've spoilt and mismanaged our future. both apc, Pdp, apga any party member that is corrupt...even if the person is from my home town or yours as long as he/she is found guilty of corruption and siphoning of allocations meant for others should be brought to book and not we singing there praises. haba Nigerian youths please you guys should wake up and always shun and condemn this people. it's acts like this that allow them to keep doing what they know how to do best. my opinion is anywhere or any tribe that u might be as long as ure a Nigerian and ure found guilty of a corruption case you should face the music squarely and not we defending them cos they are from our tribe or region.

See first photos of former Delta State Governor, James Onanefe Ibori, as he stepped out of prison in the United Kingdom (UK), where he served a 13 years jail term for corruption and money laundering.

The kid of welcome party they gave Bode George is small compared to what james Onanefe Ibori will receive when he enters Nigeria especially in Delta State. Even the present Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, former Governor, Uduaghan, Ayiri and almost everybody that matter in Delta state will be at the airport to welcome the number one criminal of Delta state.

Lest i forget, a welcome back banquet will be hosted by his friends and family, sponsored by the state governor. A stadium or airport shall be named after him. Una never see anything.
this is totally sad... I cry for my country Nigeria

Now that Ibori is free, watch how he will receive a hero's welcome in Nigeria.

Anyhow, thank God for the British. EFCC had 150 counts of corruption against Ibori, they could not nail him on any one. The British took just 4 of those charges and tossed him away in jail. The Ibori you see now has been stripped of his pride and dignity. All of his old cronies are either forgotten or feeling the anticorruption heat in the nation. Alamaiyesegha that used to be his partner in crime was also disgraced and is late. Obong Victor Attah of akwaibom that was also his pal has now been relegated to the dungeons of oblivion. Ibori cannot run for public office as he is an ex-convict, neither will Buhari grant him pardon as with what happened with Alamaiyesegha. There's only one thing left for Ibori and that's to become an evangelist. Soon you'll hear of how 'he found Jesus' in prison....you heard it here first!

What's this one saying? it's either you are an ignorant Yoruba boy who knew nothing about Delta Political scenario or you are simply a dumbo spewing trash.
Go and do your research very well boi, Ibori is a Course in Delta, Niger Delta and Nigeria "School of Politics".

Lmao. Governor Okonwa should get ready. He should either thoroughly relegate this man and treat him like an ex-convict for robbing his state blind, or get ready to have an excon god-daddy. It is a simple choice, but knowing our backward naija mentality, 2019 is around the corner, so get ready, fire up the jet for him, and get ready to "dobale" to daddy.
If na me, as a machiavelli, na to prepare proper prosecution to haunt his Ass till he becomes irrelevant. There cannot be two powerbrokers in a fertile land.
Man the fu¢k up Gov Okonwa
Gov Okowa relegate Chief James Ibori to the background C an't happen in a million years. Ibori has more followers and loyalists than this Gov, if he do anyhow na Ibori go relegate am sef... That's how powerful this man is, I like his guts though and he's well loved by a vast majority of the state's populace..

Can any average inmate think of any sexual pleasure? Even with commendations on their DCP's approach to welfarism and supports, my weekly visitations to Uyo Medium Prison for Muslim Friday prayer & sermonisation since August has proven to me that nothing beats unregimented liberty/ freedom to live unchecked...

Troop to where in Yorubaland? Apart from Lagos State tell me another place in Yorubaland my people are trooping to.

Please tell your Governor's in Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, Oyo and Ogun to pls pay up your parents that are dying of hunger.

As for the looting, Tinubu alone has looted far more than what All the South South Governors had looted in the past and he is still your celebrated hero today because of you people real "Mumuish" in born nature.
