Hmmm..... doctors make that much?...to build a 22/whatever storey hospital?... and I can't figure out what sense it makes to have such a massive hospital that can probably house everyone in the neighbourbood.How good is the hospital?...what equipment?... is it one specializing in heart surgery?...or treating sores?.... and how professional , qualified and experienced is the staff? Would the governor that rushed there to declare it open be rushing there for treatment?....even in an emergency? Who would foot the bill of maintaining such a massive structure that would be underutilized? .... and not talking about paying salaries to a professional staff? I guess the governor would be diverting monies meant for public developmental projects to this private project.... afterall.... we must begin to look like America.
