I wanted to payout yesterday but it was rejected because they said my bank account details was registered with my former account. the reason I opened this new betting account is because I have forgotten the details of my old account as I haven't used it for a year.
Now merrybet says if I am sure I am the owner of the bank account details, I should contact their support. I have sent an email to their customer care few hours ago. but what I want to know is
1) has anyone experienced this issue
2) how was it solved, so I will know the reply I will get from them.
