I've same issue with Hostyoufast. If you checked my profile you will realized I created a thread asked "what is happening to hostyoufast." yet emailed their customer service, twice no feedback. called their customer service which they only got to answer two days back after twenty something miss calls. He told me I was blacklist on their host, a site that is still under built process, so I asked him for what offence I was, he didn't give feedback. End the call that they were up grading their service I should wait till yesterday. I later called yesterday after non change, they didn't pick. Sent message to hostyoufast whatsapp line, they have been coming online but none response. I will create a thread on this, and upload the chat l had two days with their Boss, so young coming blogger can learn not becoming a victim of such circumstance after such resource of time, money and energy being spent on building an online career. I drop my pen till monday if I don't see their improvement.

this is serious issue. One thing about online service in nigeria is that most of their customer care service is poor. When some one needs a serious issue solved, you will find it difficult getting the service providers. You still need to keep contacting them through their various channels, including facebook, twitter etc

This is a serious cry for help and as such I don't need some kids making a joke off it. I am web developer/designer. I hosted initially with foreign hosts until Naira died plus the time our amazing government chose to put restrictions on making payments abroad. I looked around for a local host and read reviews here and there before choosing Philmorehost.com.

Immediately after I hosted my first site with them I got several offers asking me to write positive reviews about them on different ranking websites. I became worried because I had chosen them based on the positive reviews about them on different websites/forums including Niaraland. I realized the positive reviews were paid reviews. I felt some kind of way but I still went ahead to register and host 3 other websites with them (making 4 in all). I felt others may be doing same (talk about the devil you know...)

As usual with web design, I had issues that require contacting them and they did quite well. The guys at their IT department (if they had one) were not real pros so it sometimes took too long to resolve issues. I later learnt that the company itself is a re-seller.

To cut the story short; about 5 days ago (that's since 17/10/2016) I had an idea to quickly drop a post on my blog and when I tried, I couldn't log in. Blocking IPs was an issue I faced regularly with them, so I thought it was it. I requested through email to have my IP whitelisted but the emails failed to deliver. I have two of their phone numbers. One has been switched off and the other has been connecting without anyone answering.

One of my clients is already spiting fire. We fell out after he complained that his website was always offline that his IP was always getting blacklisted. It was a problem I faced on weekly basis. Fiends and families also complained how my blog was never available. My blog was even hosted on their cheap plans; My personal portfolio was. I have put in a lot of work on my blog but losing it wont kill me. What I can't stand are my clients. How do I explain this to them? Where do I start from? I did backup with Softaculous with two of the site but now I cant even log in through the softaculous websites.

Please this is a loud cry for help. I need advice on what step to take now.
your server is hosted under hostyoufast as reseller shared hosting. So whatever happens to hostyoufast is the reason several site hosted on their server, and those who are resellers of shared hosting In hostyoufast are having issues. I still hope they may be able to solve this before Christmas, and the most annoying thing they didn't notify customers they intended to upgrade their service, so those who can't wait could switch to other server. That I call bad customer service care and less concern about the business of clients but in favor of their pocket

so sad. currently I host with qservers and garanntor. no problems with them yet
