I'm in shock after reading the press statement from APC chairman in Ekiti disparaging and abusing the leader of arguably the largest church denomination in the world over and innocuous and factual statement made by pastor adeboye. This is the lowest of lows this demonic party called APC can get to.
In the interim, I'm trying to find out the faith of the state party chairman that gave him the impetus to release such an inciting and hateful press statement. If a christian makes this kind of statement against an emir or sultan, I bet everywhere would been up in flames by now.

1. I expect all members of Redeemed Christian Church worldwide and indeed all true Christians worldwide to condemn this demonic and hateful press release from this reckless state chairman.

2. I expect APC if it still has any honor left to immediately distance itself from that statement and expel the state chairman from the party with immediate effect.

3. I expect an unreserved apology from the state chairman

4. I expect every true christian worldwide to denounce and boycott APC until #2 and #3 are done

Thank You And God Bless Us All!

PDP has refused to change the same worn out bigoted tactics that couldn't win them the presidential election in 2015.

Keep trying PDP, while we continue to bury you in the obscurity you belong to.

They must run to jobless people to seek sympathy and relevance, ask the mofo how much she got from the spoils of disgrace?
until we draw a clear line between people who rape us and those who are for us, we will never get it right.

I bet you can say this of your Imam or Sheikh or whatever they're called? Because last I checked Islamic clerics in Nigeria have said worse and I didn't see you come out to refer to them as making nonsensical political statements.

Freeglobe, you have to understand that even though the G.O's statement didn't directly imply any harm, it certainly has given Fayose the boost he needed. Well, for the APC to have insulted him... It's an internal affair. They'd have to address that in time. However, things wouldn't have gone awry if he hadn't made any political assertions.

That he is sorry and didn't mean to let out those words or that he is sorry he openly criticized the APC for oppressing its oppositions just so they could silence them? He has said it and he has said it. The truth is, a rebuttal from the APC is the only damage I can see here, particularly IF the larger APC body does not apologize on behalf of the APC in Ekiti state.

Pastor E.A Adeboye is a very influential though passive man. And trust me, I meant to say what he said. Retracting would do no good, not when he has been insulted.

And why should he avoid such? Because the RCCG has a pastor son in the Presidency and so must keep quiet at the anomalies of the APC plaguing Nigeria as a whole? As much as I don't fancy pastors delving into politics, I think it is high time Christian leaders spoke up. Their silence has been the very reason some particular set of people feel they own the country. If CAN had not shamefully disgraced itself during the GEJ administration, it would at this time be the mouthpiece of Christians all over.

I do not see what political assertion he made. Is it that Fayose has done a good job protecting his state and that he's proud of him or what? Is he not the governor and no.1 person of the state? Who else would such a statement be directed to?

When other priests and pastors heap accolades on whichever APC leader they're addressing, do u hear anyone say they were bribed? So why d drama? If Fayose had been a member of the APC would the GO have been said to have made a political statement?

?REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD should be very careful before we descend on them.
After all, they chose an uneducated man, for whom they preferred NEPA BILL as certificate over a phD graduate.

They unanimously voted in their Brother because of the VP. Position.
They sold their right to Islam.
Even if u hated GEJ so much, was PMB now a better substitute..,..? especially now Christians are crying of jungle justice.

Either the APC would have stayed mum or not is not the argument here. It was a political statement for sure but not reckless. The implication, however, is that it has given Fayose a huge boost. This, I believe, scares the APC. Unfortunately, the thought damage control the APC thought it carried out is only the beginning of an end for them, owing to the fact that Pastor Adeboye has so many followers. And until the APC retracts its word, and openly apologize, then a whole lot might fall out of place. We're talking someone who commands authority and great influence here.

A whole lot of Redeemed members don't support the APC, even though Osinbajo remains a pastor. There are clear signs that the present administration isn't on course and hypocrisy would be the last thing on the mind of someone who is terribly affected. Asking the RCCG to boycott the APC is like acting on emotions. The assertion is political because it revolves around politics. Everyone knows this.

And someone will ask; how d start? GEJ knelt before the Pastor, Buhari met and had a chat with him and it was all good. He prayed for GEJ an wished Buhari well. This very respected elder is having his very respected name now called in vain by every TDH because he got in contact with a a guy who everybody including his loved ones know as a rascal and now see how "FAYOSE'S DIRT" is staining Adeboye"s neat reputation. I hope God protects the Man from any BP harm. It was a "tragic flaw" we know but he is human and should be forgiving. I just Fayose doesn't cease the moment to embarrass Baba Adeboye by using as " Political Point". Becose Fayose will run his mouth silly.

Separate Ethnicity from politics. It's tough but the educated and honest can do it. The issue here is purely political and not ethnicity.

What is the difference between a Pastor/Preacher/Evangelist and a Man of God? The answer I seek is this; is being a Man of God universal?

Everybody learn from this. Eat with the devil with a very long spoon. Stay away from dirt so you don't get tainted. Fayose is a cursed drowning Man. Get close to Fayose and you will lose your respect. I am very sure even till this moment hs huge regards for elder adeboye but Fayose don join their heads now.
