I can't forget "Faith" and "Careless Whispers". At one time, I thought he would be bigger than Michael Jackson, but his sexuality may have proved a problem. RIP.

Faith! I listened to that song when it was fresh from his oven
Looked for it many years later, found it, got it and deleted it
When I got to know George and I were parallels in our 'faith'

Next i got to see him alot in the DVD series i bought- Eli Stone

1) Grief hits people in different ways. It doesn't have to be the same for everyone.

2) Each instance is unique. It doesn't have to be the same every time. Eg, someone very close to me died and I didn't shed a tear. People were shocked, but it was simply because the man joked a lot and I couldn't cry because I was remembering all the jokes he told. However, someone who was not that close to me died and I cried.

3) It's not a competition. I don't believe in competing over who cried more or who cried less, or when did you cry more/less.

RIP. one of the greatest musicians to ever come out of England.

'Twas initially meant to be duo between her and Michael Jackson,somehow George got in and scored a feature.

He most likely died of HIV related complications;

He fell into coma same period in December few years ago, which made him cancel his sold out concert shows. Doctors said it was due to pneumonia, for a full grown man? it sounded off to me,pneumonia is usually severe in children n the elderly. His immune system was probably compromised. It was all over the media, I was surprised he pulled through.

Also, he is/was gay. I was really familiar with his songs beside "Careless whisper" which was more like a radio song, not like I'd go out of my way to listen to it.

My dear, it is a competition.

Seriously though, I have never cried when people I know died. When my aunt and cousin died, there was weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth but I was the only dry eyed person in their midst. I find cry I no see. Even when the shocking reality of their death finally hit me, I still did not cry.

Be that's as it may, George Michael's death is painful.
