The BBC reported in September 2006 that Governor Duke was the only governor specifically mentioned as not being under investigation by the federal Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (Four other governors were also reported as not under investigation but their names were not released.).....wikipedia is you friend, am not from his region but I love him so much for who he is.

I priced something similar in Cotonou few weeks ago and was told 8,000,000 CFA which is about 6.5 Million Naira. Duke's would even be more expensive.
