And somebody would say that is Government work. With just 30k? N-power or what do they call you people, it is better you add more stream of income to this NEPA power job. Do you know reasons for calling that job NEPA or power holding? Watch out for season 2 by 2019...

It could have been better if we had 1youth from every LG in ur state to come up with a concrete business proposals that govt. Will give up 20m grant as startup in return they have up to 10 employment capacity of 80k minimum wage rather than have a maximum of 5youghts from each LG that u pay 30k a month which most of them will not be engaged in de productive sector of de economy. Which would have been better?

There is such program already in place. Watch BOI program on NTA. If your business proposal is convincing enough, you get certain amount of Millions from government to finance such business.
