please I need your suggestions and guidelines, those living in uyo, akwaibiom state. I want to set up a moderate boutique in uyo ( both men and ladies wears ),but I don't know where in uyo that is most suitable to set it up, I mean which part of uyo, which road,which place that I can get enough customers that will patronize me,a place mostly populated by youths,men and ladies .I was thinking, a place where University students, working class people and business people that resides well . Uyo is a peculiar place, if you like locate the shop inside shelter Afrique estate, just have quality stuff at affordable price, with a little PR customers will come in droves.

Funny thing is, once you fail to maintain that euphoria of having quality things at affordable price, that's how they will abandon you.

But that said, there are roads I wouldn't advice you site a boutique eg Aka Itiam Road, that magic seems not to work there for whatever reason, don't ask me why.
