i did a Google image search for abubakar shakau with flag and none of the images showed him with the flag burantai gave buhari.

First, you should know by now that the whole issues surrounding the Shekau flag is nothing but a psychological warfare. It's going to do a lot of damages to the sect's psyche.

Second, you should know that Shekau's flags are many. The one taken by the Army could be one of the terrorist's flags. Those claiming otherwise, can you read the inscriptions on the flag?

Last, why are some people making a mountain out of a mole hill cause of terrorist flag? This does not reduce the fact that Sambisa has been rumbled and jumbled by the military and Shekau and his gang are on the run.

Please, FYI stop wasting people's time by comparing flags. We should all by now be praising what the military has achieved for us, except you're an enemy of the State.

I really don't care what is scam and what is not here but my praise goes to our gallant soldiers who are my heroes.

The war they fought was a real war, the lives of many of our fallen heroes were real lives lost and their victory was real too.

May God continue to bless and keep them. These men sleep, live and fight in the forest even during festive periods, so that we (Innoent Nigerians) can have peace. They sacrificed their sleep for ours and many who lost their lives in this political situation have families too.

This scam all started by good luck jona wey carry our army weapon money gives fools to share. Terrorist like asari and tompolo were contractors negatiating weapon purchase for our military. What a shame of a nation! All our leaders are wicked and thieves.

OP made an observation, a very valid one for that matter.

but this all goes back to the stupidity of the PMB receiving a terrorist flag in Government House rather than leaving it for the NA to burn.

this doesn't take away the fact that PMB has made great strides in taming BH, but when they try to spice issues up with lies & plain dumb actions, it behoves on people to call them to order.

Have u been to the north? Take a trip to the north and you'll realise that even some graduates or undergraduates can't speak pigin let alone English. They believe Hausa language is superior to every other languages except Arabic. You can never survive in the north without learning the Hausa language.
