We want to sell it off before 31st of Dec, if you cannot pay at once, you can make a deposit of 250k and balance up after harvesting is complete, when the total tonnage is confirmed, we will deduct the 250k from the total amount of tonnage.
1 ton is 180,000.

@Op first let's do a little maths. A ton is equivalent to 1000kg, meaning you can get 20 bags of 50kg of rice. At your N180 per ton it translates to N9k per bag of 50kg. How much will cost for the harvesting, transporting and processing into finished and polished rice ready for the final market sale? These will help to determine if it is a good bargain.

1,000kg of harvested paddy rice will get you average of 600 - 650kg of milled rice. That's 12 to 13 bags of 50kg rice. You then need to add cost of processing: parboiling, drying, milling and bagging, as well as cost of harvesting and transporting to the mill.
It could very well be worse if not properly harvested or processed.
