I was on my newsfeed when I saw this, some identified the prisoner as a Boko Haram terrorist captured by the Nigerian Army. My question: Is this punishment or should I say torture even legal and constitutional?

When you see them behead a human being or rape little girls you may think that he got off easy.
My concern is that he may not be book haram.

assuming they came to your home town to cattle the live of your loved ones property displaced, raping and dislodging of families, by that time you won't call it human abuse....
my concern to is what the person above me have said.

What is this? Just to obtain information. The Nigerian army must learn to adopt humane methods in getting information from their captives. Any information gotten through such means as that shown in the picture is most likely not going to be credible. I would have "admitted" to being Shekau if I was subjected to this form of
torture
