So yesterday I logged out my psn account on my ps4. I was downloading the fifa 17 patch that was just released (using psx helper).After that I tried logging in back but all I got was a ws-37397-9 error. I checked online for solutions, and what I got was that it was an ip problem. I use mtn for my internet connection. Has anyone had this same issue and how did you fix it. |

Fixed. Just use another ISP to login. MTN is shit with psn. |

It happened to me with. Ntel. I message ntel. And. Did a fix on my router. I don't know the one that workd. I now use psn well now |

oluwaslimzzy:try changing the device you are usig to share the internet i still get difficulties connecting to psn what i do is i reboot my router and it seems to work |

I think this PSN problem is actually a country problem for us now in naija since it's happening across all the ISPs because most of them get their data from one of two sources. What I do is to restart my router to change my gateway from anyone that's blocked by psn to another one |
