They have been paying the money in annual instalments since last year. Some Pakistani sources say Nigeria s buying up to four JF17. I don't think MI 35M is in this budget. Buhari may have paid for it between 2015/2016. A lot of the supplementary budget approvals and virement of funds were to cover that. Do JF 17 and MI 35 are coming, maybe Yahbon UAVs

The big thing in 2017 defence budget is big expenditure on local arms production. It appears they are completely renewing DICON infrastructure from top gown .

This is what I saw at the CSIR stand at AAD, didn't notice the cammo wasn't standard though. Pretty intriguing and on that particular poster the helmet had those DEVGRU type night vision goggles. Hopefully no unrest in Lesotho soon.
