Yes it is a scam if only you're ignorant. So you joined the program and sat at home doin nth hoping ur money will bounce bck to ur acct. Bro if u don't invite people you won't get paid and it seems lik the person u registered under isn't active. This is the reason why u're advice to join an active team sotht if u can't get referals then ur team will help you on tht.
