I disagree with you..
Zenith has maintained a standard in Human resources and only began contract staff hiring 4years ago.

These staff eventually get converted with time to full staff.

Being a contract staff in Zenith bank is the first rung on a career ladder that can lead you to the very top.
And believe me no climb to the top is easy...don't be disgruntled, believe in yourself and the system and you too shall rise!

Remember...Zenith is in your best interest.

Sincerely..i have been checking this site for as long as I can remember and I have always seen "no vacancies"

I did not have to be converted.
PLUS I know over 7staff in a zone who got converted after 3years.

Just work on your appraisal ratings and leave the rest to God.

I'm not one to discourage people honestly. Therefore, I encourage you to prepare well for the test. It's usually a hurdle to overcome but it's not something a smart guy like you can't overcome.

Once you pass the test, your halfway through the process.
