Try pay 50% upfront and balance after delivery. Take pictures with a few laptops or you can borrow a laptop shop in Nigeria. Then attach it with the above pix. Maybe just maybe you can catch one or two fools who b/w 14th and 15th when mmm will be unfrozen.
