What do you call a medical check up... did you do a sugar level, blood pressure and other basic tests .

Secondly did you sprained that body part any time recently or have you experienced a cramp in that area..??

Thirdly what kinda of exercises are you doing as it might just be making it worse..

Fourthly.. your sleeping posture might be the cause here or might be your sitting posture... however more accurately it could be your standing posture.... do you get to stand for a long time at work?? are you the type that rest most of their body weight on one leg??

You are welcome.. but please can you go through what I said above and answer the questions so that I may help you better..

1) Go to a hospital and see a.medical doctor

2) Do these lab tests ; Fasting blood sugar and random blood sugar to check if You have diabetes or high blood sugar

3) Do this lab test; E/U/Cr.....which means electrolytes urea and creatinine to check If Your kidneys are still okay


4) Stop consumption of sugary soft drinks; Take water
