Philippians:2:7

Since you find it difficult to understand, let me come over it again. In simplistic terms, a man has two external IDENTITIES (Bodies) : a physical body and a spiritual body. His third identity is Internal and that is his Soul/Mind.

In other words, you are A Physical Body, A Spiritual Body and A Soul.

Death isn't annihilation
Death is a disconnection or separation between Your Body, Soul and Spirit.

many Christians won't agree with this view..

I quite understand you..but what you should understand is that there is no such thing as monoethism..the oldest religion in the world is the sumerian religion and they recognised and worship so many Gods ranging from Enlil to Enki to Inanna etc..the old testament which the jews wrote for themseves never made that claim too..it refers to them as "other Gods"..the jews choose to worship one of the lot because this particular God had Jacob as its inheritance see Deutronomy 32:7..so they worship this God..He was their God and they where his people..He commanded them not to worship any other God but him alone..when they deviate he punishes them and when they comply he prospers them too..I have a feeling that this God was Marduck as He was also the God of Cyrus see Issaiah 45,,.as Marduck was also the God Cyrus worshiped..history also bears witness to this..
Our spirit is the real us..that is our first nature, we only took flesh to enjoy this physical world but the demons in aso rock are not giving us good options. they sell our collective wealth and pocket it for themselves and kids instead of distributing it and using it to create good life for us..Have you heard of the Pineal gland ??

My answer is YES.

But, wait oo. God had created a Physical, material and substancial earth for man to exist in, how then can a being who is not able to be seen appear physically in the physical earth?

God had created the Earth, but there was no man to tend it. because there was no man, there was no productive growth on earth. There was no managerial, administration, there was no physical ruler to carry out what the creator had commanded in Gen 1:26.

So...

Here Gen 2 comes in.

Amplified Bible Genesis 2:6-7 But there went up a mist (fog, vapor) from the land and watered the whole surface of the ground—

Then the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath or spirit of life, and man became a living being.

If man was to rule over and take Dominion over the earth, he must of neccessity be part of the earth. Hence the Mud he was created from.

But when the lump of mud was lying there on the ground, it was useless without the ESSENCE of God inside of him, so, God breath his essence into man, man jerks to life.

Okay, now, man has jerked to life but he doesn't undertand how or why somethings are flying in the sky, but he could not, why some creatures are breathing inside water but he could not, why things were the way they were.

He needed Conciousness/ Conscience/ Emotions to function is his domian.

Without that conciousness, the task ahead of him, of administrating over the animals, tending the garden, and having sex with his wife in order to have children that looks like them to fulfill the command "Be fruitful. Fill the earth, will not be possible. So the LIKENESS OF GOD COMES IN.

It was the LIKENESS OF GOD Which brought to bear the creation of order out of Chaos.

The Earth was covered in Darkness...
Chaos everywhere...

The Spirit of the Lord was hovering over that Darkness...
And the Lord said...
Let the be Light...

The conciousness/Conscience of a man connected the physical body of Man to the Spirit aspect of man linking them to God.

The consciousness of a man is the soul of a man.

The souls of a man is inbetween the Body and the Spirit of a Man.

The body of a man is the mud/ cage, house/Cloth of a man. Without the Conciousness/Soul or the Spirit of a man, a man is useless, that is the sate of deattness in the physical realm.

When regeneration takes place in a man ( being born again in the spirit), the Spirit of God, activates the deathness in man, and his spirits comes back to life. The soul, doesnt get born again along side the spirit.

The Life in the spirit begins to indict the Soul/ Conciousness of his wrong doings.

When the souls sees a beautiful girl who is not his wife, he begins to fantasize, the spirit say, She is not your wife, its a sin.

As time goes on, the Soul gets used to the Spirits rebukes and yields to righteouness. Praise the Lord.

These things are revealed by the Holy Spirit.

Spirits don't die. They live forever.

nowhere in the first chapter did it hint that man was invisible... chapter one and two are different creation stories.. chapter one said he created THEM(plural tense... hinting more than 2 people) male and female, gave them dominion and told them to multiply(not something spirits do)... in verse 2 God created only Adam from dust..breathed into him.. thats how he came alive.. he wasn't living before then...not as a spirit.. nothing.. if he were a spirit, then God would've created a body and sent his(Adam's) spirit into the body.. but that wasn't the case... then he used a rib from adam to create eve(was still not existing before)

i believe that there are certain things in life being revealed by the holy spirit.. i won't deny that.. but the double creation story seems to be a problem.. its ok to try to unify it... but it still remains 2 different stories to me... my mind can't unify it. i really respect you and appreciate your effort in trying to explain it to me... the lord is your strength.. but I've already kinda researched this and seem to be sure to an extent... i may be wrong.. i don't have the monopoly of being right.. i will learn more in due time.. maybe in favour of your teaching .. maybe against it.. i dunno..
