prosecutors are not all the time uniformed, 2 in my country warrAnt of arrest isn't giving due authority even a common man is arrested without warrant likewise citizens houses. As for buhari and el rufai we can see they are paid back in their same coin by Wike, Fayose, FFK that is politics.

1) As a journalist of great repute and character it is unethical for him/her to be affliated to any political party or organization it will undermine the audience confidence in him. Judging by his pdp tag
2) I can't see anywhere it was said he was arrested without warrant.
3) It is not permitted to talk to a person in custody without permission that on the part of the activist aguing due process.
4) He said he was tagged and he raised questions. Those questions I don't know so I won't comment.
5) I think it will be beneficial for us to know that sometimes prosecutors are not always in uniform and from FCT to Akwa ibom wearing uniform is absurd.
6) There is nothing like absolute right you cannot use right to subject me to ridicule or reduce my honour it is defamation and I can sue for damages.
7) I believe Dana is a large corporation that will not try to violate citizens right cause there brand is more important than their planes.
And I think if we don't know it is more honourable to keep quiet than spit trash. We need to get rid of hypocrisy, illiteracy and ignorance for the future of this country.

If it's a civil case, then the matter can be handled by the local district police. This matter bothers not only on slander buy on national security.

What if Americans travelled on Dana?
What if a senior government official traveled on the same flight? (Just as LiVi ajumona died in 2012 in Dana)
Dana is owned by foreigners and such news could damage international relations.

So this kind of offence isn't what a district would handle.
