It is just like match handicap where you give a team +1.5, +2.5, +3.5 corners ahead of the other team either half time or FT ..

Napoli played 2 corners, Sampdoria played 1. I gave Sampdoria +2.5 corner handicap which brings their total corner to 3.5 against Napoli's 2 corners.
