gentle081:Original Certificates cannot be regarded as collateral, since you may not even nee d them in 5yrs as long as you have photocopies or soft copies. And they cannot be sold to recover money in case of default. If you have a tangible asset like a good working laptop, or a phone whose secondhand market value is close to 60k, then you can chat me up. |
