For Those Who Like Shifting Blames,code Of Corporate Governance & FRC (pic) by dechriscool(op):
Financial report council act was made 2011,but the code of corporate Governance was imputed into it October 2016.
For those who like to shift blame to Jonathan adminstraction, Buhari actually snicked in this law into the FRC

I guess you wouldn't even know the truth if it struck you right in the face.

A CODE is not a law in the sense that it cannot be enforced by the court and not established through legislation, but a regulation issued by a governing body. The only law in that screenshot is the one that established the FRC (that issued the code) in 2011 during Jonathan's tenure.

That is why it is called an ACT.

The so called code that's generating tension.Was it Goodluck or your hero that imputed the controversial code into the Act.Why is your likes, trying to blame Goodluck for a crime committed by Buhari.

Since when did PMB become a member of the FRC such that he promulgated the code in question? Are you aware that PMB approved the suspension of the same code as requested by the supervising minister, and the failure of the FRC head to suspend it resulted in his sack?
