South Africa being the only user of both their Rooivalk and Oryx which have not seen any battle is enough to answer all question.

superiority/good qualities of a weapon system exists on paper , theory only, real capabilities r a closely guarded secret never to be revealed and add to that marketing propaganda. so no way to compare . how do u even compare the skills of opposite warring parties , their tactics of operating the said weapon systems etc because that is what which make a weapon system deadly / superior .

one must be street smart and try to be professional not just some internet warrior wannabe.

in real life superiority of a weapon system has to be implemented the hard way via skilled operators/pilots , superior tactics , superior ROE etc etc

again since life is such a joke , any theoretically superior, including combat tested weapon system will sometimes end on the wrong side of the bargain.

how do u explain a 60 something year old farmer manages to bring down a Apache helicopter with a single bullet fired from his hunting rifle
