Cheers.

The description was good initially. its unfortunate to inform
you but Nigerian programmers are ridiculously lazy.
we removed node.js on purpose .
i would also love to say , you dont qualify to be nutty if
you dont meet the requirement or if you simply arent interested .

we hired 4 people initial from our first post now only One
was retained.
all couldnt get very basic tasks accomplished.

my 2 cents.
its heart breaking to say but buhari is not the problem ,
there are great jobs everywhere but people
simply dont want to put in work.

The millennial's are way too lazy.

word! Nice one.

But, you don't say "Nigerian programmers are lazy" because not all are. For the fact that you may have worked with one or two lazy ones doesnt me they all are. Also, do not forget that the job line is a very tasking and brainy one. It is not for the brainless. So if you cant think outside the box. It is not for you.

You will find many people that way, but its not that they are lazy; their brain cant just think outside the box. Our brain in this world are not the same.

Cheers

Programmers are meant to be lazy. that is why there are so many libraries and frameworks to encourage our laziness.
