Let me address the issue of sanky putting money in Mr Uche aginam's account. After the success of our first transaction, the format we used for our subsequent transaction is payment is made, I forward the slip, Mr Uche pays. We have done that a couple of times. When he is not going to be available to make instant payment (like the time he was at a birthday), he politely tells me he will send the naira as soon as he gets home.

This one is a case of mistaken deposit. There are over 10 Nairalanders that needs funds from me in the last 2weeks that I have not even met their order, so what is the sense in deliberately putting money in an account that didn't request for it?

I've advised bitcoin sellers and senders to always set a higher fee than recommended for quick confirmation and also in order to avoid these cases.

If the sender sent you a coin and it landed into your account but later got reversed back.. Then its nobody's fault..
And aloyt was somehow wrong.. The reason was not mining fee..
There is an attack on one of the mining block.. I guess your coin is among the block..
The funds won't get reversed rather it will be delayed if it's mining fee problem

The last deposit in my account from a lady paying you for "pet supplies" was that clean? I have made no purchases since the jaady issue because I no longer want to go through the months of pain and time wasted and I made it known to you (and everyone else) that I will no longer buy over and over again and you keep depositing in my account. Nobody else has done so. Sir, this will only make this bad situation even worse. Even a call from Buhari will not make me clean up that money before my investigation is concluded. You are still getting responses from me so enjoy it now cos it will soon seize.

Mr Uche is very right to hold funds until he is satisfied it is not fraudulent and also as a sanction to Sanky for depositing into his account despite several warning not to. I remember i had this same issue with a guy here on NL. After several repeated warning that i wasnt buying $$ deposit anymore, the fellow kept putting money into my account. Not until on a particular transaction where i got a charge back after 6 days and the account subsequently closed. I lost $3K in that deal and till today i never see my money.

I spoke to Uche and i think max 1 or 2 months hold should be enough time and not 6 months. But please Mr Sanky - dont pretend not to be aware of the deposits.....and please ask you gang in Texas to stop deposits into his Account.
