With the current economic uncertainty, l rather pursue the construction step by step. Understand? For instance, l paid #55,000 per 15 tones of gravel on the 9th Monday, by Tuesday the price was increase to #70,000.

nice work but is the building on a slope? can we see the floor plan? if you don't mind, i can give you the material estimate and you can fill in the cost.

Yes, a slopy land and will requires double wall with reinforcement. Attached is the floor plan sketch by ma very self. . .

May God continue to bless you on this project l've got a slope land as Well it cost a lot especially when doing the filling.
The filling only cost me 500k l can not believe it.
