My dear is not odd is natural and normal... Kabba is always the first place in kogi state to have rain fall in a year and last to end rainy season, is the coldest place in kogi..

Funny enough I'm in London right now but was in Slough yesterday when the rain stated and shortly after it started to snow.

How many people on Nairaland are living in Slough. Obviously Slough is in a different geographical location entirely from Africa and Nigeria. Your comment cannot be of any use to anyone as most Nairalanders are based in Naija.
