There is something that have been bothering my mind for some time now. I often use whichever option that comes to my mind.

I know the English genius will finally clarify this for me so that I won't make mistake anymore.

Which of these sentences is correct?

1. I want to eat ice cream.

2. I want to lick ice cream.

3. I want to drink ice cream.

4. I want to sip ice cream.

Lol, I actually have no idea of what type of ice cream that is. However once it's ice cream, it doesn't matter the shape or form, according to proper English grammar, you eat ice cream. Even the ones you lick on a stick, when putting it in a sentence, you don't say you licked ice cream, you eat it.
