In bigger matches where we need to bury the game early, I'll prefer. Alexis as striker to get a goal and allow Giroud to come on for his so called late goal stuff. Why? Predictability! That's why I want wel beck back so Giroud and not Sanchez, will be subbed toward end of match.


Alexis was paint today, cos in the 11 mins he played as CF, he did well and we saw the old Alexis.

Agreed. Wenger is living in the past; using the same old same old system every game. Most annoying thing is he rakes in Money for the Club so the management just loves him

I doubt it. Giroud is predictable in his unpredictability. He can blaze for 6 games straight then just go senseless for the next 10 games.
I can never forget last Season; when he went 16 straight games without scoring a single damn goal.
Infact; I think the only reason he's playing so well is because his Position as CF is under real threat from Perez and Welbeck now.

Call me predijuiced but I really don't think Sanchez can completely fit into the striker position. He's too short, does not really have proper positioning and can't really hold the ball against heated defending. While he can play the striker position reasonably well; there will be times when we will need a REAL striker. The ManUtd and Bournemouth debacle where Giroud and Perez showed their worth comes to mind.
I don't think Sanchez would deliver had he been our main pointman in those matches.

Yea he did well; but remember; it was against an already mentally defeated swansea. I doubt he would have been as responsive as Giroud with the first Goal.
