simply go back and make your complain known to the authority involved in the verification exercise. one of the major reasons for the verification exercise is to ensure that you are posted nearby your house. should the authority refused to do something, go on and do your documentation, stay at home and earn your stipend. put your complain in writing and indicate that you hope to be redeployed to certain area and submit it along with other documents. ensure u keep a copy of it to yourself.

I wonder why you have to come on nairaland to lodge complain knowing fully well that majority of ppl on nairaland are not happy that they were not picked and you expect them to give solution to your problem? pls go to the appropriate authority in your local govt and explain yourself to them am sure they will find solution to your problem not on nairaland....

It's not a ploy from the Fed Govt, neither is it the FG's fault, it's the state that is responsible for posting.

the FG categorically stated that they shouldn't post participants to places that are far from their place of residence because the stipend they are giving will not be enough.

But sadly, most states didn't follow that instruction

You see that's the problem.. what we need is true federalism to move this country forward.. the federal government is saddled with just too much responsibilities

To go and find an apartment and start paying rent from the 30k stipend? It's not fair at all. They should have done it in such a way that everyone should be in town/community at least u can hide under ur parents shelter.

This is not about FG but the states, FG already said they should be posted close to their place of residence and reason why names comes out under your Local Government..

This is a ploy by the state coordinator to collect money from some of the participant cos when you go back for redeployment back they will ask for a tip..

Our Problem is everyone always want to use any means to make money from their fellow suffering masses..
